1934 Ford 3-Window Coupe Kit Car
The street rod Basic Body Kit features a fully powered, retractable hardtop roof (Electric/hydraulic rear deck/Electric
motor driven roof) which comes fully assembled, wired, and operational when delivered.
Finger tip controls allow operation of the top from the comfort of the driver’s seat. Doors are hung and latched
with "Bear Claw" door latches, molded mirrors which open doors when mirror lens is pressed are installed and operating when
delivered. Trunk lid is hinged and latched with power release.

BODY FEATURES:
- All steel body structure with a heavy gauge, jig welded, press formed steel tube framework surrounding the passenger compartment
featuring twin impact beams in each door for extra safety.
- Steel body structure is finished with 2 coats of etch primer and 3 coats of high solids primer, ready for prep and paint.
(Paint optional)
- Hand laid, flame retardant fiberglass outer body skin is laminated to steel framework and comes with gel coat finish.
- Body design allows use of original style fenders and running boards without modifications.
- All steel, tube reinforced firewall is custom hand crafted to accommodate drivelines ranging from V-6 to V-12. (V-12 style
shown in photos)
CHASSIS PACKAGE:
The following chassis package is shown as a sample. Chassis is available with a variety of suspension options ranging from
option shown below to full independant with six speed standard Corvette C5 rear transaxle.
-The chassis starts with stamped '34 Ford frame rails
with all holes for fender, running board, and body mounting drilled with nuts welded in, boxed and full length TIG welded,
tubular center crossmember TIG welded in, adjustable transmission mount, motor mounts, and brake booster mount welded
in as well as brake pedal mount and pedal installed.
-Suspension includes Heidt SupeRide IFS with tubular upper and lower control arms,
coilover shocks with chrome springs, spindles, polished billet calipers, 11" rotors, rack and pinion steering. Rear suspension
is 9" Ford rearend with 4 bar suspension with coilover shocks with chrome springs.
-Frame comes detailed with putty work done, primed with 2 coats of etch primer and
3 coats of high solids primer ready to sand and paint.

Rear filler panel is easily removable to access deck hydraulics for maintenance,
and can be ordered with hinged license plate frame to access rear filling fuel tank (optional).

Heavy duty steel door hinges with replaceable bushings, and double latching
“Bear Claw” door latches installed standard.

Doors feature molded mirrors which open doors using a mechanical linkage
(no solenoids to burn out) when mirror lens is pressed. Included and installed-Can be ordered with smooth finished doors without
mirrors.

Hinged and latched trunk lid with power release (standard) allows access to luggage compartment with the roof in up or
down position.
Additional storage space behind seats.
Battery mounting plate installed behind passenger seat in storage compartment.
Floor
Steel floor pan, pre-drilled to fit a stock 1934 Ford frame.

Steering
Power operated tilt steering column, which slides out of the
